Description

Camda-Perkins generator set adopt imported engine originally manufactured by Carterpillar and Roll-Royce, USA and Perkins, UK. This engine adopts the latest technology and high quality grind-proof materials to make sure first level products, furthemore match the Leroy Somer alternator manufactured by EMERSON Group, strict tests before sale, the technology and quality can reach the best international standard. It features at low oil consumption, stable performance, easy maintenance, low operation cost, low emission, some models can reach EPAⅢ, Ⅲ Emission standard, which is an ideal power system of prime and standby usage.

Performance parameters of the generating set

The voltage regulation rate is lower than ±1% under the following circumstances:

• Power factor is between 0.8-1
• Fluctuating from non-loading to full-loading
•  Revolution speed lowered down within 4.5%

Steady frequency regulation ratio

• Changing from 0-100%
• Not more than 1.0% (electronic speed regulating)

• No load to full load, fluctuation ratio no exceed 0.25%
• Wire voltage wave from distortion no exceed 3%
• Three-phase balanced load, Wire voltage waveform distortion no exceed 5%

Engine

UK Perkins 1000 series, 1300 series, 2300 series, 2800 series, 3000 series, 4000 series adopts industrial water-cooled turbocharging. Except that 1300 series, 2300 series and 2800 series engines use EFI, all others are direct fuel injection engines.

Starting system

• 12 V for 1000 series below and others 24V DC voltage bearing starting
  motor and battery charger.

Fuel system

• 12V or 24V DC electromagnetic valve fuel cutoff, two-layer rotating paper

• Series 1300, 2300, 2500 and 2800 are electronic injecting engine
• Series 4000 are of electronic governors while others of mechanica ones.

Filter system

• Dry core air filter with state indicator
• Rotating and replaceable paper full flow filter
• Rotating and replaceable paper diesel filter
